Return & Refund Policy

At TPA, every piece is created with purpose, and we want you to feel confident in your purchase. Because of the nature of our products, all sales are considered final unless the item meets our return eligibility requirements below.

Eligible Returns

We only accept returns if:

• The item is unworn, unused, and in brand-new condition
• All original tags are attached
• The item is returned in its original packaging
• The return request is made within 14 days of delivery

Non-Eligible Returns

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

• Worn, washed, or damaged items
• Items missing tags
• Sale or limited-edition items
• Incorrect sizing choices made by the customer

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after approval.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Exchange Policy

We currently only offer exchanges for:

• Wrong item received
• Damaged or defective products upon arrival

To request an exchange, contact us within 7 days of delivery with proof of issue.

Shipping Policy

• Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days
• Shipping times may vary based on location
• Tracking information will be provided once your order ships
• TPA is not responsible for delays caused by carriers. For this, we ask that you please be patient while we fulfill your order! 

Lost or Stolen Packages

TPA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.

Order Accuracy

Please ensure all billing and shipping information is correct before placing your order. TPA is not responsible for packages sent to incorrectly entered addresses.
