All orders are processed within 2–7 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page. Because some products may be made-to-order, customized, or part of exclusive limited releases, processing times may vary.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with tracking information.
Shipping Times
Estimated shipping times may vary depending on your location, product availability, and carrier delays.

- International: 7–21 business days

Exclusive Releases
For private founder collections, pre-orders, or limited launches, shipping times may be extended due to exclusive production timelines. Customers will be notified of any significant updates.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, tracking details will be sent to the email address or phone number provided at checkout. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Too Positive Apparel is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Too Positive Apparel is not liable for packages lost, stolen, or delayed once they are in the possession of the shipping carrier. If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes required by their country.
